Orders will normally ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location, weather conditions, and method of transport. Shipments are made with either FedEx, UPS or USPS based on best possible delivery. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be provided when orders are processed and ready for shipment. All shipments are fully insured, and will require a signature for delivery. Any damage or other issues with your order must be reported to Zemaitis Guitar Company within 72 hours of receipt of shipment, or we will consider the order complete and accepted.
*Alaska & Hawaii:
We will charge a Flat Rate of $50-70 (per instrument) for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders will normally ship within 3-5 business days as usual. All Terms and Conditions will apply to sales made in these states. The Flat Rate shipping cost will be added to your total when the shipping address is completed during checkout.
All Other United States Territories:
Please contact us for shipping rates into other United States territories. Customers in these areas will be charged a shipping rate which will be based on the customer’s location. All other terms, conditions, and return policies will apply to these purchases.
