ZGC is currently only shipping to the United States through our website. If you are not located in the United States, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote at 805-369-2723 or email@example.com.
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
Privacy & Security
ZGC will never hold credit card information on file. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer personal information with third parties. All online payment authorization is processed through Authorized.net which is PCI-compliant and an encrypted transfer, ensuring complete, secure transactions. No financial information is kept on our servers.
Updating Account Information
ZGC offers the service of creating an online account for the purpose of viewing orders and order history. Information can be updated by the customer by logging into their respective account. If assistance is needed for updating shipping information, password, etc., please contact a ZGC representative for help.
Pricing & Promotions
ZGC reserves the right to adjust product pricing without prior written notice. As well, ZGC reserves the right to start and terminate special pricing and/or promotions without prior written notice.
Orders will normally ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location, weather conditions, and method of transport. Shipments are made with either FedEx, UPS or USPS based on best possible delivery. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be provided when orders are processed and ready for shipment. All shipments are insured. Any damage or other issues with your order must be reported to ZGC within 72 hours of receipt of shipment, or ZGC will consider the order complete and accepted.
Registration / Warranty
ZGC guarantees, to the initial retail purchaser, that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase as noted on the original receipt and/or invoice. Product must have been purchased AS NEW from an authorized dealer, or directly from ZGC. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is MANDATORY for registration, returns, exchanges or warranty repairs. WARRANTY COVERAGE MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS. IN ORDER TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY, AND AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY COVERAGE HEREUNDER, YOU MUST RETURN YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FOLLOWING THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR SALES RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE. Any instrument which has not been registered directly with ZGC within FIFTEEN (15) days of purchase, or whose warranty information has been altered or includes false or incomplete information, will NOT be subject to ZGC return policies or warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized or improperly performed repairs, alterations, and/or wear and tear occasioned by use of the product, any subjective issues such as "tone" or “feel”, any instrument on which the serial number has been removed or altered, and does not include any expense for inconvenience or loss of use while the product is being repaired or replaced. ZGC expressly disclaims any liability for consequential damage arising from the sale, use, or inability to use the product. Any warranty implied by law, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, is expressly limited to the three (3) year warranty term. The foregoing statements of warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies.
For warranty repair, please contact a ZGC representative for a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused. No repair will be processed without prior written notice. All shipping and insurance, including any perceived "collector" value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturer defect (at the sole discretion of ZGC), the defective product will be repaired or replaced with a new or like-new replacement item (that does not exceed the original purchase price) at no cost to the original purchaser including return shipping. This warranty applies to the United States and Canada. Only ZGC may perform warranty service, and any service performed by unauthorized persons will void this warranty. ZGC shall not be held liable for any and all defects or damage caused by services performed by unauthorized persons. The terms of warranty in other countries are defined by the ZGC retailer(s) in that country and may differ from the above terms, conditions and lengths.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you can return your order for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Any instrument which has not been registered directly with ZGC within FIFTEEN (15) days of purchase, or whose warranty information has been altered or includes false or incomplete information, will NOT be subject to ZGC return policies or warranty coverage. All returns must be in original packaging, in brand-new condition, and show no signs of use. Please contact a ZGC representative prior to shipping any returns for a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused. No return will be processed without prior written notice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note refunds are made for product purchase price only, excluding shipping. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return order to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Please note that your item must first be reviewed by our return/repair department. If the product shows signs of misuse, tampering or damage (at the sole discretion of ZGC), the warranty and 15 return policies will be considered void. In the event of a voided warranty or return, the customer will be responsible for shipping and repair costs from ZGC return/repair facility.
ZGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the performance of its obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
